Revenant Blade (Player's Guide to Eberron variant, p. 142) The revenant blade is a Valenar elf who can draw on the skills of ancient heroes, the giant-slayers of Xen'drik.. Revenant Blade Double-Bladed Scimitars do have a benefit over it's TWF counterpart build. It's lower investment since DBS just needs Revenant Blade (gotta be an elf though), which is also a half feat. TWF needs a fighting style for the extra damage, and Dual Wielding isn't a half feat (until OneD&D).

While wielding a double-bladed weapon with two hands, the weapon has the finesse trait for your attacks with it, and you gain +1 AC.
