This is a start in a possible line of new tutorials for Mugen since I felt my older tutorials were a little outdated. In this tutorial I will be going over how to add characters to your mugen game.. Depending on if the screen pack is original or modified, that will tell you where to find the data folder. If it's original then go to Mugen->data->select.def. Mine is modified so I go to mugen->modern->data->select.def. Make sure the characters folder is named the exact same as the characters .def file (look inside the characters folder).

Then, go to data and open select. Once you notice a spot to add characters, put the name of the folder into the spot, but make sure that the folder and the .def file have the same name, otherwise, the character won't be in your roster.
