I think Nakaba (author) wanted to make Elizabeth the reincarnation of Liz, but at the time of writing it, probably hadn't considered or thought about how to integrate it with the whole 100+ reincarnations. He probably didn't plan for it to go that far, thus Liz does stand out among the reincarnations for looking different and having a different personality..
