These instructions provide information for the installation of the 60101 and 60201 Throttle Body Injection Wire Harness Kit, the 60102 and 60202 Tuned Port Injection Wire Harness Kit (for MAF TPI's), and the 60103 and 60203 Tuned Port Injection Wire Harness Kit (for MAP TPI's).. The wiring harness is responsible for connecting all of the electrical components in your TPI system, including sensors, injectors, and ignition controls. Before beginning the process of upgrading or replacing your TPI wiring harness, it is recommended to have a clear understanding of the specific wiring diagram for your particular TPI system.

LT-1 engines were introduced in 1992 in Corvettes and 93 in Camaro and Firebirds. The engines are identical except for exhaust manifolds and arrangement of accessories at the front of the engine. Because of this, Corvette and Camaro/Firebird engines require different harness designs. Howell harnesses operate both engine designs with a Camaro No-VATS memcal (using one knock sensor only). Both.. Pick up a Chilton's manual (82-92 Camaro/Firebird) at your local auto parts store, should be less than $20. They have pretty complete (but sometimes a little confusing) wiring diagrams.
