Most--not sure if all.-Patriots have pre-wired in the LH tail light assembly, a wire that is fused at 20 amps, and is "constant" just for the trailer wiring. The problem is finding it: Pull the existing wiring bundle's grommet free from the body and see if there's a red (+some stripe.) wire taped to the bundle just behind the grommet.. I got the two brake kits from NSA, they make the Readybrute tow bar. While I was at it I ordered the brake circuit disconnect kit with the relay. This is where things got interesting.
