Hello, I'm brand new here (redirected from resohangout!) with some questions about wiring up a solid body electric resonator. I bought a kit off ebay, and the guitar looks great. I'm currently. If there are any other free resources please feel free to post them here. I obtained some critical measurements and build techniques from these plans to build my first spider bridge guitar.

Resonator guitars are different because the saddle position is determined by the fixed location of the cone resting in the soundwell. The cone — and saddle with it — can be moved forward or backward about 1/16" within the soundwell, but that's it. You can guarantee good intona-tion, however, by careful placement of the fingerboard.. Here's how to set up your resonator guitar for best tone and greatest volume.
