The other end of the metal tube threads into a fitting that is in the inlet elbow on the front of the turbo. As stated before, the breather is about the size of a spray paint can top and the style you want is on all fuel injected turbo 2.3s from 86 and before. 87-89 turbo 2.3s used a different style breather and valve cover.. Apparently they have discontinued all of the Turbo Ford stuff, because Ford no longer supports it.
1986 SVO Help. Is there a good resource for diagrams for different assemblies related to engine components. Like vacuum hose layouts, pcv system, wiring? My research has found very little other than some electrical schematics.. The Svo 1986 wiring diagram turbo is a great example for understanding complex wiring diagrams. This type of diagram is used to assist in installing and troubleshooting the wiring on turbocharged vehicles.
