The bluetooth volume is only affected by your phone's settings. The audio settings on the Jeep have an aux. volume offset setting that can be used. Take a look at the audio settings on your phone. I know for a fact that iPhone's with sound check turned on and volume limit settings will lower the volume over bluetooth.
