Customer: Need to get the master code for my Bang and Olufsen Beosound 5 Encore. Bought it from a local listing advert and have changed the PIN code for which I have misplaced where it was written. Is there a general master code for a type of product or a specific one for each individual system.. If you have forgotten your PIN code, you must contact a retailer who then requests a fivedigit Master code from Bang & Olufsen. Once you have keyed in this code, your BeoSound 1 is operational again and the PIN code system is deactivated.
