The Lesco Truckster Model 2 is an electric rotary broadcast spreader that is designed to mount on the back of a truckster-type vehicle and other turf maintenance vehicles with 12 volt electrical systems. The 12V electric motor is top mounted, an improvement from the earlier model, which had the motor mounted on the bottom... I used lesco truckster spreaders back in early eightys mounted on small garden tractors, i would get 2-3 seasons out of the motors. As ric stated, the frames rotted out fast, they however worked out well for me, i just out outgrew them.
