So I recently got the RT-2500 BFG and I've done a few cooks on it now including ribs, a brisket, steaks, burgers, and about 20 pounds of beef jerky and while everything as turned out well and in terms of holding temp and getting good results out of it I am pretty pleased with it the one thing that's not meeting my expectations is the amount of smoke and smoke flavor..
