In this example week one is the same as above, but the participant had a complication in the second week and was unable to log any activities.. The Algorithm used by the Online Record Book does only count a maximum of 1 hour per week, BUT it also allows hours to be back calculated for scenarios such as holidays, sickness, injuries, etc. However it only allows a 4 week gap for hours to count. Here is an example: Participant is performing a Service at the local Detention Centre / Prison that requires 1 Saturday of 4 hours every month.
